Wolters Kluwer has released the Seventh Edition of Professor Gerry W. Beyer’s highly popular student text, Wills, Trusts, and Estates, which is part of its Examples & Explanations series. This text, used by law students across the nation, debuted on as the “#1 New Release in Estate Planning Laws for Wills.”

Professors Gerry W. Beyer, Rick Rosen, and Brian Shannon received a $500 Assessment Innovation Grant award.

Professor Gerry W. Beyer’s multi-disciplinary article, Sign on the [Electronic] Dotted Line: The Rise of the Electronic Will, co-authored with Texas Tech law student Katherine Peters, already listed on the Top Ten download lists for the eBusiness & eCommerce eJournal and the Wills, Trusts, & Estates Law eJournal, is now listed on five additional Top Ten Lists:
